Not a product but an in-store service provide at Benefit Boutiques nationwide.  For less than $25, you get four weeks of looks-like-mascara lashes - without mascara.  The service takes less than 25 minutes and it really is noticeable.  I was told it works better on lighter colored eyes but regardless, it's worth a try!  $21 at Benefit.com.  Search store locations for the boutique near you.
